What this site does with your data
All calculators on CrumbCalc run entirely in your browser. The recipes, amounts, and measurements you enter are never transmitted to our servers, never stored by us, and never shared with anyone. Your theme preference (light/dark) is stored locally on your device.
Analytics & performance
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage — which pages are visited, from which countries, and on which device types — and to measure page-loading performance (Core Web Vitals). GA4 sets cookies and processes data with IP addresses anonymized; the reporting we see is aggregated and does not identify you. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. We may additionally use a cookieless analytics service (Cloudflare Web Analytics) for aggregate counts. The recipes and amounts you type into the calculators are never sent to analytics — all tool math stays in your browser.
Advertising
The calculators are free to use. We do not currently display advertising. If we introduce ads in the future (for example, Google AdSense), we will update this page before any advertising cookies are set, and you will be able to opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings. Any third-party vendors' use of cookies would then be governed by their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR in the EU, CCPA in California, and similar laws elsewhere), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because we collect no personal data ourselves, such requests generally apply to our service providers — but contact us at hello@crumbcalc.com and we will help where we can.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change, and revise the date above. Material changes will be noted on the home page.
