Wilton's figures hold for any cake 3 to 6 inches tall in this pan: height doesn't add servings, because the cake is cut the same way across the top — a taller cake just gives taller slices. A cake under 3 inches tall, such as one 2-inch layer, yields about half: 27 party or 37 wedding.
